OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
Construction is the physical act of putting up a structure, whether that's a brand-new home or an addition to your existing one. Permits are pulled by us as part of the process. If your project requires a Zoning Board hearing, we'll attend alongside you for an additional fee. As with every project, our approach doesn't change based on scale: show up, do it right, and don't leave until it's done.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Every phase of your build, handled by one crew.
PLANNING & PERMITTING
Permits pulled in-house, with Zoning Board attendance available if needed.
FOUNDATION & FRAMING
Foundation work and structural framing for new homes and additions.
PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL
Rough and finish plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work throughout.
INSULATION & DRYWALL
Insulation to meet current energy codes, followed by sheetrock and drywall.
FINISH WORK
Flooring, cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry throughout.
PAINTING & CLEANUP
Final painting and a full site cleaning once construction is complete.
