OUR PROCESS & WHAT TO EXPECT
A typical kitchen remodel covers the full scope: permitting and planning, design, demolition, framing, windows and doors, rough and finish plumbing, HVAC, rough and finish electrical, insulation to meet current energy codes, sheetrock, plaster or wainscoting, hardwood or tile flooring, cabinetry, all finish work and built-ins, painting, and a full cleaning when we're done. Kitchens are priced per square foot, with allowances for built-in cabinetry. You supply paint, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, blinds and drapes, knobs and pulls, and decorative lighting. Most kitchens take 1 to 3 months start to finish, depending on size, finish level, and lead times on any imported materials.
