Deck framing is always pressure-treated for durability. From there, you choose the finish, deck boards and railings can be composite, imported hardwood, or pressure-treated, with railing options including vinyl, composite, cedar, pressure-treated, aluminum, or stainless steel cable systems. Pricing is per square foot. We typically pull permits and prepare schematics as part of the process, and timeline depends on the size of the build.
